Delivery information

We offer two types of delivery:-

Standard Delivery – charged at £4.95.

Your garments will be delivered to you within 2 - 5 working days from receipt of order. If your order is placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day. All deliveries on this service are either despatched by courier (signature required) or by Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery* - charged at £9.95.

This service is only available to orders that are placed before 12 noon and will be despatched out to you the same day by courier (signature required). If your order is placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

 

* This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to location and may fall into the next working day. Delivery times can not be guaranteed. Next Day Delivery does not apply to weekends or Bank Holidays.

Returns information

Please fill in the returns form which will be included in your delivery along with a copy of your delivery note.

Once your return is received, Double Two will assess the garment for reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements.

Your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.

Example of the returns form can be printed off and used if required.

Easy steps for returning something to us

• You do not need to ring our call centre. Our guarantee is unconditional provided you return your goods within 28 days of purchase.
• Please fill in the return form below and return with the goods.
• Please send back your items to the address below.
• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a Certificate of Posting.
• Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return.
• Returns can only be accepted if returned within 28 days of purchase.

Other useful information

• Please try your shirts on for comfort and fit before washing.
• We will only credit garments that are returned in the same condition they are despatched.
• If you exchange is urgent? Why not send the original back for a refund and order your replacement by phone, fax or on-line.
• P&P: Although we cannot repay the original cost of p&p, replacement items will be sent to you free of p&p charges.
• If you want a replacement? To re-order please indicate your requirement in the Returns Form.
