DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please fill in the returns form which will be included in your delivery along with a copy of your delivery note.
Once your return is received, Double Two will assess the garment for reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements.
Your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.
Example of the returns form below can be printed off and used if required.
3 EASY STEPS FOR RETURNING SOMETHING TO US:
- You do not need to ring our call centre. Our guarantee is unconditional provided you return your goods within 28 days of purchase.
- Please fill in the return form below and return with the goods.
- Please send back your items to the address below.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a Certificate of Posting.
- Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
- Please try your shirts on for comfort and fit before washing.
- We will only credit garments that are returned in the same condition they are despatched.
- If you exchange is urgent? Why not send the original back for a refund and order your replacement by phone, fax or on-line.
- P&P: Although we cannot repay the original cost of p&p, replacement items will be sent to you free of p&p charges.
