- Q: Is Double Two a Brittish Company?
- A: Double Two is a British based company in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. It is a family owned business which has been trading for 66 years.
- Q: How will I know my order has been received?
- A: Confirmation of receipt of order will be emailed to you once your payment has been processed.
- Q: How long will it take to deliver my order?
- A: We endevour to despatch your order within 48 hours, however, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
- Q: Do I pay £4.95 delivery charge for every item?
- A: You only pay £4.95 delivery charge for each order, no matter how many items you order.
- Q: What if I am out when my delivery arrives?
- A: Your delivery will be sent via Royal Mail or courier. A card will be left giving you details of how to collect/re-arrange delivery of your garments.
- Q: Am I charged for my items before I receive them?
- A: Payment will be taken instantly from your credit/debit card to allow your order to be processed.
- Q: What is your credit card security code?
- A: The card security code is a three digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip.
- Q: What if there is no stock of my size, will new stock become available?
- A: Plain and Dress shirt stock will be maintained and will generaly be available. Ladieswear/Formal and Casual garments are seasonal garments and once stock is sold there will be no further stock available. However, new styles and sizes will be introduced to reflect the season.
