Double TWO offer three types of delivery:-

Free Delivery – only applicable on orders £75.00 or more. Your garments will be delivered to you within
2 - 5 working days from receipt of order.

Standard Delivery – £5.99. Your garments will be delivered to you within 2 - 5 working days from receipt of order.

Next Day Delivery - £9.99. This service is only available on orders that are placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) and will be despatched out to you the same day by courier (signature required). If your order is placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

We're happy to refund any item should you not be satisfied with your purchase

Our guarantee is unconditional provided you return your goods within 28 days of purchase.

Simply complete our returns form and post your items back to us.

Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return.

Is your exchange is urgent? Why not send the original back for a refund and order a replacement today.

Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
