System images and backup data are securely stored in cloud infrastructure and protected through the organisation's Backup as a Service (BaaS) solution.

We may share your information with:

  • Third parties that help us provide our products and services, such as but not limited to payment service providers and delivery companies. We ensure appropriate confidentiality and security measures are in place.
  • Companies approved by you, such as social media platforms. These companies control their own platforms and are responsible for their own privacy practices. Please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms of use.
  • Credit reference agencies, banks and finance companies that assist with credit checking and fraud prevention.
