Q. How do I cancel an item or order? |
A. If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If you get in touch before the order is dispatched, we can cancel it for you.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it when it gets to you. Q. Do you deliver to my country? |
A. We deliver worldwide! That means you can get Double TWO garments wherever you may be. See below for or standard delivery times and prices for international orders.
Europe standard delivery is charged at £15 and will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Russia standard delivery is charged at £40 and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days from receipt of order. As for the rest of the world, standard delivery is charged at £25.00 and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days from receipt of order. Please note that international shipments can sometimes take longer than expected. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q. How do I return/exchange an item? |
A. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please fill in the returns form included in your delivery, along with a copy of your delivery note. You can also download a copy of the returns form here: Returns form Once your return is received, our team will assess the garment for reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements. If you require a refund, your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge. Q. What different Shirt Options do you offer? |
A. We know that everyone is a different size and shape, which is why we supply a variety of sizes to choose from. We specialise in big and tall clothing and offer casual shirts from a size small to 5XL and formal shirts from a size 14.5” collar up to a king size 23” collar.

Q. Do you have any offers and discounts? |

Q. How can I prevent my silver cufflinks from tarnishing? |
A. Unfortunately, Silver cufflinks will tarnish when exposed to oxygen. This is the case with any silver cufflinks from any manufacturer. A good way to prevent tarnishing is to clean your cufflinks with Silver cleaner. Also, if you keep them in an airproof bag when you’re not wearing them, you should be able to maintain the shine for longer. |

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q. How to fold a shirt |
1. Lay the shirt front side down on a flat surface, ensuring the shirt is smoothly laid out. 2. Place a piece of a4 paper on the back of the shirt to help you. Place the paper centrally and just below the collar. Ensure the long side of the paper runs down the back of the shirt. 3. Fold the left side of the shirt over the piece of paper in the middle. 4. Fold the sleeve back over the folded side of the shirt so it runs down the length of the shirt. 5. Repeat on the other side. 6. Keep the shirt face down and fold twice. On the first fold, only fold a quarter of the shirt into the back. On the second fold, make sure to fold from the middle so the top and the bottom now meet. 7. Q. How to fold t-shirts |
1. Lay the T-shirt face down on the table 2. Fold the t-shirt in half along the length of the shirt so the left-hand side of the shirt lies on top of the right-hand side of the shirt. 3. Fold the sleeves back on top of the body of the shirt. 4. Fold the shirt in half from the bottom up, covering the sleeves. Congratulations, you’ve successfully folded a shirt. Q. What is an Oxford shirt? |
A. Developed in Scotland by 19th-century weavers, the origin of the Oxford shirt has nothing to do with its name. In fact, It’s to do with the way it’s made.
An Oxford shirt is made using a unique basket weave. Making use of two different types of yarn, the shirt is distinct in texture. It’s also heavier than a regular shirt and fits a bit more casual. It’s named after the prestigious Oxford University to emphasise the quality of the shirt’s weave. The same Scottish mill created the Cambridge, Yale and Harvard shirts as well. Q. What is a poplin shirt? |
A. Poplin is a type of Simple over and under weave in which the threads criss-cross over and under each other.

Q. How to measure shirt size |
A. Men
Collar -Take a tape measure and measure around the base of your neck where the collar of a shirt would sit. Sleeve - Measure from the middle of the back of your neck to the point where you want the cuff of the sleeve to sit. Make sure to measure over the shoulder and down the full length of your arm. Chest - Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest making sure to keep it straight and level to the ground. Waist - Use a tape measure and wrap it around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist. Women Bust - Take a tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape measure straight and level and parallel to the ground. Waist - Use a tape measure and wrap it around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist. Q. What shirt to wear with a bow tie? |
A. You can wear a bow tie with almost any type of shirt. The four most popular types of shirts for bow ties are the wing collar, spread collar, button-down and pointed collar types.

Q. Can you iron non-iron formal shirts? |
A. Yes, you can iron a non-iron formal shirt! Non-iron simply means it will look ironed even if you don’t iron it. Ironing a non-iron shirt is ok and it won’t damage the shirt.
