Returns and Refunds

Returns information

**PLEASE NOTE - Due to current COVID related circumstances, refunds are currently taking longer than usual to process. This means your refund may take longer than 7 working days to process. We ask that customers are patient with us during these times. If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please do contact our Customer Service team on 01924 375651**

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please fill in the returns form included in your delivery, along with a copy of your delivery note. You can also download a copy of the returns form here.

Once your return is received, our team will assess the garment for reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements.

If you require a refund, your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.

Example of the returns form can be printed off and used if required.

Please note: Website orders can NOT be returned or exchanged in Double TWO stores.

Easy steps for returning something to us:

  • - You do not need to ring our call centre. Our guarantee is unconditional provided you return your goods within 28 days of purchase. (Extended for Christmas)
  • - Please fill in the online returns form and return with your item(s) to the provided returns address.
  • - We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning items to us. 
  • - All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, although replacement items will be sent back to you free of p&p charges.
  • - We will exchange any returned item for another provided that it is the same value as the original item.
  • - Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return.
  • - Returns can only be accepted if returned within 28 days of purchase. (Extended for Christmas)

 

Refunds

  • - We will only credit garments that are returned in the same condition they are despatched.
  • - If your exchange is urgent? Why not send the original back for a refund and order your replacement by phone, fax or on-line.
  • - We regret we are unable to repay the original postage and packaging costs. We have discussed the possibility of offering free returns for some time now. If we were to offer free returns then we would have to carry the cost of this elsewhere. In reality, this would mean that we would have to increase our prices. We made the decision that we would rather protect our reputation for providing excellent quality products at great value. However, replacement items will be sent to you free of postage and packaging charges.
